I went to my local Kroger here in Ohio and I was shocked to hear" you can't use this coupon because a coupon was already applied to that item" ???? The cashier informed me that the digital coupon policy has changed! You can only use one coupon be it either digital or paper coupon! So no more really good deals with using both :(
